Hey: Jesse here again.
After my first post, I wanted to now share a little more details about what I’m intending to do from here. Over the past 2 years I’ve been attracted to a few main options, these are: Affiliate Marketing, E-Commerce, and Network Marketing. After dabbing in all three, the one that appeals most is affiliate marketing. Truth be told, E-Commerce was too expensive for me to get into, and I just didn’t feel great about network marketing to be honest. Affiliate marketing on the other hand seems like a great opportunity for me being a beginner as I don’t have to create my own products which I love.
Another decision I’ve made (and it’s a big one) is to stop going it alone on this journey and instead get some real help. So I’ve decided to get a mentor and join a program that provides me with everything I need with a guy called Dean Holland and his team. Right now I’ve only just joined so I’m about to get started, but my plan is to share everything I’m learning, doing, and my results (good and bad) as I move forward.
If you’re interested in seeing what I learn in the program be sure to follow along here as I’ll be posting at least once a week.
Be sure to leave a comment and let me know what it is you’re currently doing online. I’d love to know!
Jesse
Jesse, you have made the right call on getting a mentor. We learn so much in life, at school, driving, cooking and many things and they are all from someone who taught us. With Affiliate Marketing people say it’s easy, it isn’t. You need a mentor. Let’s see where this all goes, good luck!! Atif
Hi Atif Perwiz: Yes I agree that affiliate marketing is not easy, but I guess if it was it would be a crowded field. I was not satisfied with my mentor at first, but after I sent him an email to let him know I wasn’t happy with my results, he presented a new and easier program that I’m happy with.
I agree about affiliate marketing – especially when we’re just starting out, it’s important to have a proven product you can promote while learning the marketing skills.
Hi Nathn: I am glad we are on the same page about a proven product. I am looking forward to having a winning product while learning the necessary skills.
Jesse, congratulations on choosing a mentor! I expect you’ll enjoy working with Dean and his team. I started with Internet Profits in January of last year. I’ve had slow progress with different things happening during 2023, but I seem to be making steady progress now. The difficulty I’ve had is I have to put the work in. I haven’t put the hours in, and it shows. But, that’s why I chose Dean as a mentor to begin with. He isn’t a get-rich-quick schemer, and I like that. Best of luck to you! Here’s cheers to 2024!

Hi Nakina: Yes I am enjoying working with Dean and his team. It was slow going at first, but it is now picking up steam. I really like Dean’s style of coaching. He doesn’t drown you out with words that you both don’t understand. Good luck to you in the future.
Jesse, Congratulations on taking that first step! Not all decisions are easy and immediately recognized, but you sound as if you have your plan mapped out. Look forward to seeing your journey in 2024!

Jesse,
It is a wise decision to find a good mentor that can guide you through all the pitfalls that are out there in the online marketing space. Stick with your mentor and you will reach your goals. Try to go it alone and you will sink in the ocean of information. I wish you well on your journey and look forward to seeing your progress.
